We are currently experiencing challenges with email delivery to Microsoft email services, including Outlook and Hotmail. However this issue does not affect Office 365 custom domain email addresses.
Microsoft's mail server is rejecting our emails with the following error message:
550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [OUR_IP_ADDRESS] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3140). You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors
Since all our email are customer order updates, we never send any newsletter or spam, it appears that our email server's IP address is affected by other servers on the same network that might be sending spam. We have reported this issue to both our server provider and Microsoft, and we are eagerly awaiting their response.
In the meantime, if you use Outlook or Hotmail and are not receiving order confirmations, GST invoices, and order dispatch tracking numbers, we recommend checking your Your Orders page. Here, you can access PDF versions of GST invoices, monitor your order status, and find tracking numbers for your orders.
