All orders will be processed as soon as possible within standard business hours. We aim to dispatch your order within next working day after the payment is cleared. But it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification of dispatch including an online tracking number.
Shipping Fee & Delivery Options
Our shipping fee is calculated based on items' shipping weight including packaging. The total shipping weight will be shown together with the items' total amount in your shopping cart, and the final shipping fee will be shown once the delivery address is confirmed during the checkout process. We only delivery to New Zealand addresses and unfortunately we do not ship to to PO Boxes.
We use NZPost's Overnight or Economy Service to ship all orders that within NZPost's parcel size and weight limit. We use Fliway(part of NZPost) to ship oversized items.
Dunedin City Area
Orders will be delivered by NZPost Overnight Service*.
- A flat rate $4.00 will be charged for orders under $40.00
- Free shipping for orders over $40.00**
Oversized items will be shipped by Fliway
South Island exclude Dunedin City Area
Orders will be delivered by NZPost Overnight Service*.
- A flat rate $6.00 will be charged for orders under $80.00
- Free shipping for orders over $80.00**
Oversized items will be shipped by Fliway
North Island
NZPost Economy Service(2-3 working days)*.
- A flat rate $8.00 will be charged for orders under $150.00
- Free shipping for orders over $150.00**
Oversized items will be shipped by Fliway
NZPost Overnight Service(1-2 working days)*.
- $15 for the first 5kg, with an additional $2.00 for each additional 1kg thereafter
- Maximum weight 25kg per order
Oversized items will not be delivered Overnight
Chatham Islands and Stewart Island
Sorry, we currently not able to ship orders to Chatham Islands and Stewart Island due to high shipping fees.
Rural Addresses
Standard delivery times do not include any time for processing your order. Any rural delivery will require extra $4.50 per order and may result in an extra 2 working days transit time from the normal time frame.
* Delivery targets are a guide only. Oversized items will require a few more days for delivery. We have no control over the parcel once it has been handed over to NZPost.
