How to Install Wondershop Silicone Wiper Blades

Step 1: Clean the Windscreen

Clean the windscreen with an oil film remover or a dedicated windscreen glass cleaner. Rinse the windscreen thoroughly with plenty of water to ensure all residue from the cleaner has been removed.

Step 2: Dry the Windscreen

Fully dry the windscreen before proceeding. You can speed up the process by using your old wiper blades to wipe away the excess water.

Step 3: Prepare the Wiper Blades

Unbox your Wondershop silicone wiper blades and attach the correct adapter to each blade. For adapter installation instructions, please refer to the dedicated adapter installation video on our YouTube channel.

Step 4: Raise the Wiper Arms

Raise both wiper arms for easy access. This can be done by enabling wiper service mode on your vehicle (refer to your car's owner manual), or by tapping the wiper switch to perform a single wipe and then turning off the ignition once the wipers reach their highest position.

Step 5: Replace the Wiper Blades

Remove the old wiper blades and attach your Wondershop silicone wiper blades to the wiper arms.

Step 6: Activate the Water-Repellent Coating

Once both wipers are firmly installed and the windscreen is fully dry, turn on the wipers at medium speed and allow them to dry wipe on the windscreen for 5 minutes. This process transfers the water-repellent agent from the blades onto the glass, gradually building up the coating.

Step 7: Installation Complete

After 5 minutes, turn off the wipers. Your Wondershop silicone wiper blades are now fully installed and the water-repellent coating has been applied. Enjoy clearer vision in wet conditions.
