PLA(Polylactic Acid) is a polymer plastic made from biological materials such as cornstarch or sugarcane. It is similar to the material used in biodegradable plastic packaging. It melts around 200°C, depending on other materials added to it for color and texture.
PLA Pro is a variants of PLA whose material properties have been enhanced through the use of additives beyond its traditional composition. It will provide better layer adhesion, toughness, better resistance to pressure as they flex better and withstand pressure for a longer time. It is an upgrade to our PLA+ series that only contains additives that is fully compostable and food safe.
