Our PLA 3D printer filaments are made from pure Total Corbion raw material and manufactured on the same production line as eSUN and Creality filaments but to our own exacting specifications under strict quality controls before being vacuum sealed with a desiccant pack and boxed for you in our own secure packaging. Backed up by very positive feedback from our customers, our 3D printer filaments represent excellent value for money on the market for such a high-quality product.
The UV color-changing PLA contains photochromic pigments that change color when exposed to UV light. These pigments undergo a reversible chemical reaction, altering their molecular structure and color.
Please note if the filament or prints prolonged exposure to UV light, especially strong sunlight, can cause the photochromic pigments to degrade(also can be accelerated by heat). As the photochromic pigments degrade, they lose their ability to change color effectively. The filament or print might still exhibit a subtle color change, but it won't be as dramatic or vibrant as it was when new. It's recommended to minimize prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and store the printed object in a cool, dark place when not in use. Additionally, applying a UV-resistant varnish on the prints can offer some protection.
3D Printer filament and resin are consumables. We can only provide limited warranty for consumables once it is opened. In case if you have any problem with our filament or resin, please read through our Returns & Refunds policy and contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order.
