Anycubic Textured PEI Powder-Coated Spring Steel Sheet

PEI sheet is a spring steel sheet with PEI (Polyetherimide) powder sprayed over its surface. It is a "relatively maintenance free" build surface that can be used for a wide range of filaments on a heated or unheated print bed. It doesn't require any additional adhesives such as glue or tape, which makes it very convenient to work with. It also suggests that using a PEI sheet on your print bed will eliminate the need for a raft or brim, as parts are expected to adhere directly to the surface without issue.

PEI has excellent mechanical properties, including radiation resistance, high and low-temperature resistance, high-temperature stability, and high wear resistance, as well as good flame retardancy, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation characteristics. It can last a long time if used properly.

Some materials like PETG or TPU are bonding too strong to the PEI surface, which will cause damage when removing prints from the sheet. To prevent damage to the surface please apply hairspray or glue-stick as a releasing agent before printing such materials on the PEI sheet.
