Our PLA 3D printer filaments are made from pure Total Corbion raw material and manufactured on the same production line as eSUN and Creality filaments but to our own exacting specifications under strict quality controls before being vacuum sealed with a desiccant pack and boxed for you in our own secure packaging. Backed up by very positive feedback from our customers, our 3D printer filaments represent excellent value for money on the market for such a high-quality product.

PLA(Polylactic Acid) is a polymer plastic made from biological materials such as cornstarch or sugarcane. It is similar to the material used in biodegradable plastic packaging. It melts around 200°C, depending on other materials added to it for color and texture.

PLA is tough and resilient but not as heat tolerant as ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene). It begins to deform at temperatures higher than 60°C. It is also not water or chemical resistant. There is a slight smell when it is heated but no toxic odors or vapors.

Wood-Infill filaments contain very fine wood particles that are combined with PLA and polymer glue, binding them together. It can be printed at a lower temperature than normal PLA, but will require a higher hotbed temperature and slower print speed, well-tuned retraction for less stringing.

Our Wood-Infill filaments are designed for use with a minimum 0.4mm nozzle and a 0.2mm layer height. To reduce the risk of clogging, we recommend printing at a slower speed of less than 70mm/s. This helps prevent wood particles from accumulating inside the nozzle and causing blockages.
